Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Clifford D. Mpare, CFA

Clifford D. Mpare is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Capital Advisors. He has over 30 years experience in both private and public asset management investments across Africa, USA, and Canada. He is currently the President of the Financial Analyst Society of Ghana and serves on several boards.

Between 2015 and 2017, Clifford served as the chair of the Investment Committee of Ghana's Infrastructure Development Fund Board. At Piedmont Investment Advisors where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Research, Clifford helped manage $2 billion worth of traditional and hedge fund assets.


Before Piedmont, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at NCM Capital Management Group, managing over $6 billion worth of fixed income and equity assets, and also managed the portfolios of New Africa Advisor Funds and NAOF Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) Private Equity Fund totaling over $200 million. From 1986 to 1990, he served as Assistant Vice President and Analyst at First Union National Bank (Wells Fargo).


Clifford D. Mpare is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Management Accountant. He received his MBA at Dalhousie University, Canada, in 1982, and Bachelors degree from St. Mary's University. He was Assistant Professor at Wingate University between 1983 and 1986 and currently lectures Pension Fund Trustees at the AUCC Pensions Academy.

Executive Directors

Kenneth O. Mpare

Kenneth O. Mpare is the Executive Director and General Manager of Frontline Advisors. He has extensive experience in asset management and investment banking in Ghana and USA, working with some of the biggest players in the investment market.


As General Manager of SAS Finance Group, Kenneth Mpare led SAS to execute the Initial Public Offer for Golden Star Resources.


He also led the Golden Jubilee Savings Bonds project that raised $20 million for the Ghana government. While still at SAS, he managed the rights issue of Pioneer Kitchenware Limited. Ken served as the Operations Manager of Sloan Financial Group in the USA between 1993 and 2000, and also served as the Financial Systems Consultant for Africa.com.


Kenneth O. Mpare has an MBA from North Carolina Central University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) from the Univesity of Ghana.

Edith A. O. Kufuor

Edith is Executive Director of Special Projects at Frontline Capital Advisors. She has experience in managing client relationships in Ghana and the USA.


Edith A. Kufuor managed the Credit Derivative and Operations Teams at Goldman Sachs, New York, fostering relationships between the team and other broker dealers.



Aside helping to manage the investment bank's operational risk in the area of swaps trades, Edith also helped the bank identify and develop strategic investment opportunities in Africa.


As Manager of Group Sales/Marketing at Euromoney Company Investors between 1999 and 2005, Edith managed to sell over 5,000 products to businesses and individuals.


Edith A. Kufuor holds a BBA from Bournemouth University in England. She is a board member for Africa University College of Communications (AUCC), Scanbech and Caribbean Atlantic.

Victor Obeng

Victor Obeng is the Director of Investments and Portfolio manager at Frontline Capital Advisors where he leads a team of portfolio managers and analysts to manage client investments.

He has broad experience in private and public asset management.

Victor was a Corporate Advisor and Research Analyst at SAS finance Group where he played a key role in the Golden Jubilee Savings Bonds project. As member of the Corporate Finance Department, Victor's effort ensured the government of Ghana raised $20 million through the Golden Jubilee Savings Bond. Victor was also a key player in the IPO that saw Golden Star Resources raise $4 million. Victor is currently a part-time lecturer at AUCC Pensions Academy.

Senior Advisor

Nii Kote Nikoi, CFA

Nii Kote Nikoi is Senior Advisor at Frontline Capital Advisors. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst with vast experience in top positions at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and investment institutions in America and Ghana.

Nii Kote Nikoi was General Manager at Groupe Nduom, where he managed Gold Coast Fund Management, Gold Coast Brokerage, as well as Pentrust. He was also the Vice President and Wealth Advisor for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management between 2010 and 2014.


Before his stint at Morgan Stanley, Nii Kote Nikoi served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the PIA Program at Merrill Lynch in Washington DC between 2001 and 2010. The years between 1996 and 2001 also saw the veteran consultant at Calvert New Africa Fund and New Africa Advisors. He was the Vice President of the latter company which was also based in North Carolina, USA.


Nii Kote Nikoi is an expert consultant regarded for his ability to nurture trust and build long-lasting strategic partnerships between investors and their fund managers. He was a Research Assistant at the IMF between 1985 and 1996. Nii Kote Nikoi is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MBA from Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA. He has a BA in Mathematics from Amherst College USA.
